Can I check in before 4 p.m.?
The regular check-in time is 4 p.m. If the villa is not occupied the day before, an earlier arrival may be possible by arrangement. Luggage can be left in the villa before 4 p.m.
Can I only leave after 10 a.m.?
The regular check-out time is 10 a.m. If the villa is not occupied the following day, a later departure may be possible by arrangement. Price by agreement. Your luggage can be stored in the villa until the afternoon.
Are parties and celebrations possible in the villa?
Since the villa is in an upscale residential area, noisy celebrations or pool parties are not permitted. Small celebrations are possible by arrangement.
What service does the villa offer?
The daily price of the villa in Bendinat includes a rich, delicious breakfast buffet and the daily cleaning of your room between 8 a.m. and 12 a.m.
Are dogs allowed in the villa?
Unfortunately, your four-legged friends are not allowed.
Can I book a cook?
We cooperate with a catering cook. She knows the house well and our guests have all been very satisfied so far. We would be happy to put you in touch.
Is there a shopping service?
Our housekeeper Anne can do some shopping for you before your arrival. Please send us a list of the foods you need. The service fee for this is € 30.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
A supermarket is located approx. 2 minutes by car from the villa. You will pass it directly on the way to the house.
Does a deposit have to be deposited and why?
On or before arrival, a deposit of € 2,500 is due. This deposit will be refunded immediately after the end of your stay, provided that no damage has occurred to the house.
There is an additional fee of 400€ for the final cleaning.
What are the reservation conditions?
The reservation is valid upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount on the owner's account. The remaining 50%, plus a deposit of 2.500€, must be received 4 weeks before arrival. In case of cancellation after payment of the rental fee, only the deposit and the fee for the final cleaning will be refunded.
Provided that there is no damage to the villa or inventory, the deposit of €2,500 will be returned to the tenant immediately by bank transfer after the end of the rental period. If for any reason the villa is not available on the rental date, the tenant will be refunded the rental price already paid including deposit and final cleaning.
All reservations must be confirmed by the owner before the 1st payment.
The booking is binding as soon as the first payment has been received on the owner's account.
