The spacious living room with white grand piano, 5 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms ensuite and a large pool with a spacious pool area are only some of the highlights of this villa. Of course, the house has satellite TV and WIFI.

The luxury villa offers the highest level of living comfort all year round thanks to its own large air conditioning system (hot and cold), central oil heating for the colder season and a cozy fireplace.

Since the villa is located in an upscale residential area, noisy celebrations or pool parties are not permitted. Small celebrations are possible by arrangement.

Special: The price includes the preparation of a breakfast in the form of a delicious buffet and the cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms daily between 08.00 am and 12.00 am on flexible terms and upon agreement. Further cleaning services can be booked additionally on request.
